How can I ignore events from some of my calendars?

FreeBusy gives you granular control over which sub-calendars your availability is pulled from.

Suppose you linked a Office 365 which has 4 sub-calendars. You’d like FreeBusy to ignore all events in the Birthdays and Unites States holidays sub-calendars when calculating availability.

To do so:

  1. Go to the Calendars & Integrations page.

  2. Find the calendar you wish to manage.

  3. Uncheck the subcalendars that you want FreeBusy to ignore and click Save.
