To deploy the FreeBusy Outlook add-in at scale for an organization that uses Office 365, use the Centralized Deployment feature in the Office 365 Admin Portal. Use it together with the FreeBusy add-in manifest published on our website (aka side-loading), rather than the manifest from the Office Store, because:

  1. It’s the fastest way for you to receive the latest version

  2. It lets you control updates with granularity to specific users

  3. If problems come up in your environment we can add tracing/logging specific to your users, which lets us get to a root cause faster.

Choose the option “I have a URL for the manifest file”

Enter URL of the form https://freebusy.io/outlook/[your email domain].xml

For example, if you have emails of the form [email protected] then the URL would be https://freebusy.io/outlook/metropolitancloud.info.xml
