When you connect a conferencing provider, such as Zoom, GoToMeeting or Skype for Business, to FreeBusy, you can choose to automatically provision online conference details when a meeting is scheduled with FreeBusy.

To choose a default conferencing provider:

  1. Go to the Profile page.
  2. Find the Web conferencing tab.
  3. Check Web conferencing integration.
  4. Click on provider to select it.
    If you haven't linked a provider yet, you will be prompted to
    connect it to FreeBusy first.

After saving changes, FreeBusy will automatically add conference call details of the chosen provider to all meetings scheduled with FreeBusy, hassle free.
