When you connect a conferencing provider, such as Zoom or Skype for Business, to FreeBusy you can set a default region so that when a meeting is scheduled online conference details are automatically provisioned with dial-in numbers specific to your country.

To choose a default region:

  1. Go to the Profile page.

  2. Open Regional Settings tab.

  3. Find the Regional Settings section.

  4. Choose a country from the drop-down list.

  5. Click Save to persist your choice.

After saving changes, FreeBusy will automatically add conference call details with regional dial-in numbers to all meetings scheduled with FreeBusy, hassle free.
