The Webex integration from FreeBusy allows you to set the default location for your scheduled meetings to be a Webex Meeting session.


So with the integration activated, whenever a meeting is scheduled, FreeBusy would generate a new Webex Meeting session for your account and add the web-conferencing link in the event that gets created on the calendar automatically. FreeBusy would also include the link in all the notifications and reminders that are sent to all the participants.

It's really simple to automatically add Webex Integration to your FreeBusy account.

  1. Go to the profile icon at top right corner and click 'Calendars and Integrations'

  2. Click on Integrations tab and Link Another Integration.

  3. Scroll to the Web Conferencing Integrations and find Webex and click Add.

  4. Sign in with your Webex credentials by clicking on the SIGN IN button

    Your Webex account will be automatically linked to your FreeBusy account.
