So imagine when a customer takes the effort to complete a survey, wouldn't it be a perfect opportunity to check if they would be interested to schedule a meeting with you or one of your company representatives.
Let me show you how you could make it extremely simple for the customer to schedule a meeting using FreeBusy after a survey from your SoGoSurvey page.
SoGoSurvey lets you customize the experience for the customer once they submit the form. To configure these settings, click on the gear icon and select the Thank You Page option.
To enable users to schedule a meeting, you could choose from one of the two settings in Thank You Page configurations:
Using SoGoSurvey Thank You Page
Using Custom Thank You Webpage
Let's look at both the options and you could opt for what suits you best.
a. Using SoGoSurvey Thank You Page
(Scheduling through redirecting to a new tab)
Switch the toggle to ON for the Thank You message and the Re-direct option.
Customize the thank you message such that the user is prompted towards a scheduling action once they click the "Continue" button that would be displayed on the page
Copy the link of a particular template or the entire collection from your FreeBusy page
And as a final step, paste the link into the Specify URL box in the Re-direct option before saving it.
After saving the configurations if you check the preview you can see that the Scheduling page opens up and user can pick the time.
b. Using Custom Thank You Webpage
(Native Scheduling Experience)
Switch the toggle to OFF for the Thank You message and to ON for the Re-direct option.
Add the URL of the custom webpage that you have created to launch at the end of the survey
Now, go to the event template on your FreeBusy page and if you click on the dropdown next to the copy link button on the event template, then it gives you an option to Add to Website.
The FreeBusy widget can be used in three configurations as shown and it can be further customized to match the look and feel of your custom thank you page. You can select the option that works for you.
Once you have selected the option and click the Copy Embed Code button and the copied block of code can be sent to the developer to add it to the custom thank you webpage.
