When you create a New Event Type or edit a previously saved event types, you can set up meeting reminders. Once the reminder is set, the participants are notified by email and (SMS) text message. Here is how to set meeting reminders though your FreeBusy account:
1). Create new event type, or
Select a previously set event type from the drop-down box
2). Next scroll down though the event type configuration items to the 'Reminders prior to meeting' section. By default, there are no meeting reminders set. Click on the button to expand the options;
3). You can select as many reminders as you feel appropriate for you;
4). Lastly, click the save button;
5). After sharing the meeting link to the participants, they will have the option to enter their cell phone number into the field.
