You can set up meeting reminders before your meetings happen for your meeting participants by email and (SMS) text message through the following steps:

1). Go to the 'Preferences' section or:

2). Next scroll down to the 'Meeting Reminder' section and you can will see the following screen:

3). After that select, as shown above, the amount of time before a meeting that reminders should be sent out:  30 Minutes, 1 Hour, 2 Hours, 4 hours, 1 day, 2 days, OR 4 days prior. You can select as many reminder options as you would like.

4). Lastly, click the save button.

5). Your meeting participants will have the option to enter their cell phone number into the field.
