FreeBusy offers you three default event templates that can help you to quickly get started. However, if you feel that you do need to make some small changes to the template before you send the link, it is very easy to update the exiting templates.
Let's say you wanted to change the duration of one of the event templates (for example: Consultation).
Click on the 'Edit' button on the Event template card.
On the edit template page, open the section called 'How long would the meeting last?' and select the duration that best works for you.
In fact, you could even offer your audience multiple time durations to pick from. So you could select let's say select 30 minutes, 45 minutes and 90 minutes as possible meeting durations. Click 'Save' to saved your preferred choices.
Customer would now be able to book meetings with the updated duration. Also, in case of multiple durations, customer would be able to choose from the options as can be seen below.
